Colleges have an index score comprised of high school GPA and ACT or SAT scores. You can use the calculator HERE to find out what your index score is. Once your score has been calculated, you will see a list of schools you qualify for at the bottom of the page.
Remember index scores are not the ONLY thing schools are looking for, your letters of recommendation and personal statement will influence your acceptance as well! This is great tool for getting started looking at schools you want to apply to! Hello DUS Seniors!
We wanted to share another valuable resource that may come in handy while searching for jobs - the Goodwill Youth Job Resources board. This website has job postings broken up by category, including location, type of work, and time of day. The job board can be found here: http://goodwillrocks.blogspot.com/ This month is College and Career Readiness Month in DPS. Click Here for a list of events in October. You can find information on college visit days, college fairs at local schools, and specific nights for information at local high schools. Just hover your mouse over the day to see the events scheduled!
